For causal dining, I choose to go out to dinner to the BoatYard in Frisco, Colorado. I went here with a bunch of my friends and we all had a great time. The waiters and everyone who works there are very caring and it is easy to tell that they want to make your experience there pleasurable, so you will come back again soon. They were very busy the night I was there because it was homecoming night and a couple of other groups were there along with casual, regular guests they have. Their menu is very nice, somethings are a little bit expensive, but all was good. I decided to have the cesear salad, and it turned out to be amazing. My friends also said that their food was cooked just right and they enjoyed it very much.
My cesear salad had chicken in it that was cooked to perfection. The dressing on is was also perfect, perfect amount, and perfect taste. I hate it when restaurants try to make up for their bad lettuce by over doing it on the dressing, or not putting enough on. If this has happened to you, you know what I mean. This was not the case at the BoatYard, however, they put the right amount of everything on the salad. They have definitely mastered their menu.
The restaurant itself is also very nice. It feels like home when you walk in the doors. Everyone is very welcoming and they know what you need at the right time. They aren't obnoxious when t comes to refilling your water glass. They are not continuously hovering over you while you try to enjoy your food. The restaurant in Frisco is a little small on the inside, but the do have a connected bar right off the entry and out the back door there is a nice patio to sit outside during warmer eve
